The Palace Art Fair is organised by the team that runs the highly successful Brighton Art Fair and MADE- Brighton's Design and Craft Fair which were set up by artist and printmaker Sarah Young and adminstrator Jon Tutton in 2004.
Both of these Brighton events are now firmly established as major annual visual arts events in the South East. Brighton Art Fair is the largest art exhibition on the South Coast and brings together over 100 of the most talented national painters, printmakers, photographers and sculptors along with artists groups and Sussex based galleries.
At least 5500 visitors from all over the UK visit both the Art Fair and MADE each year. Many of the visitors enjoy talking to and buying directly from the artists and makers themselves, learning more about their artwork, techniques and interests which we hope encourages buyers to contact artists and makers after the event to buy or commission work and establish a longer term on-going relationship.
We are very excited to be organising a new art fair for London in 2010 in such a wonderful venue. The Palace Art Fair will build on the success of both our Brighton events offering a new audience the chance to buy original art direct from the artists in the capital.
